At Think Ink Solutions our inks are designed to be 100% compatible with the OEM ink in the majority of cases. Where compatibility cannot be guaranteed then we inform the customer that a machine flush out before the introduction of our alternative ink is required.
We carry out extensive in house testing during the development process, drawing on over 50 year’s combines industry knowledge. Once we are satisfied that the ink performs to the same level or exceed that of the original ink, further extensive beta site testing is undertaken. Only when this process has been completed are we happy to release the ink to the market.
